SFE Cam Job creates 3 drill files

This is the schematic for the new Linux Stamp II board; I was trying to get one created at BatchPCB, when I ran the SFE Cam macro it creates 3 drill files.

Can anyone take a look at the board and tell me why it is doing that, I would greatly appreciate it.

I tested it with the SFE Cam macro and with a custom one that I use for myself, and in both situations occurs the same. I don’t now why.

Nevertheless, you will have problems with the BatchPCB DRC. You are using 5mil traces (minimum allowed is 8mil) and 8 mil drills (minimum allowed is 20mil), I think your design won’t pass the BatchPCB DRC.

It looks to me that Eagle is creating 3 different DRD files because you’re using blind vias.

I chose vias at random under your BGA and found some specifying layers 1-2, 1-3 and 1-16. This corresponds to the DRD file output s ending in “.0101”, “.0103” and “.0116”.
