SparkFun Battery Babysitter - LiPo Battery Manager Power Output "Problem"

Hello

i have a SparkFun Battery Babysitter - LiPo Battery Manager

and some problem to get a stable Vout of 3.3V.

if the solarcelle are on the sun the Vout go up to 6V.

I have a stepdown to 3.3V, it works a bit if sunny weather but at night when i get the power from the batteri which holds 3.7V

the Output is much below then the 3.3V. so the device go off.

Would have been nice it the Board itself would give this 3.3V for ESP32 device.

Another question it is possible to load also Li-ion (18650B) Batterys?

have a nice day

Yes, it’s meant to be used with a LiPo battery such as https://www.sparkfun.com/products/13854 - run through the hookup guide https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/ba … 1615791300 for instructions on setting it up
