I want to manually enter ECEF into Cartesian1, set reference position to Cartesian1, then switch from rover to static mode. When I do this is loses fix and cannot regain.
I have tried two different valid ECEFs. one is a 48 hour survey of that location. Second try was to have reference position =auto while in static mode, works fine and after about 15 minutes ECEF on main screen become static. Then I copy those exact ECEFs into Cartesian1. When I do this I immediately lose fix, and it does not recover.
My initial thoughts are: this may be ‘just how the mosaic-T works’? By defining your own fixed position, you are - at some level - constraining its time solution. Maybe that causes problems?
When you set the Cartestian1 static position, check that you are selecting the correct Datum. setStaticPosCartesian (sspc) defaults to WGS84. Please check which Datum you were using when you collected the coordinates.
We will need to ask Septentrio for clarification. Please send me a Diagnostic Report in a Private Message. Please generate one when you see the loss of fix. You can find the Diagnostic Report link on the mosaic-T’s web page under Admin \ About. Please do a Save As and attach it to the Private Message.
