Sparkfun Qwiic Pro Micro 3.3V Driver issue

When I connect my Sparkfun Qwiic Pro Micro 3.3V Driver issue to my Windows 10 x64 computer I get the foloowing message.

The last usb device connect malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it.

I have downloaded the driver files and I am not able to get one of the selections to work. Could someone please give me steps to fix this problem?

Try re-installing the drivers per these instructions https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/pr … ng-windows and/or also try a USB 2.0 port (mentioned in the guide) if currently using a 3.0 one
