SparkFun RTK Reference base station won't power up

Hello, I received my new base station and it won’t power up. We tested the power supply provided with the unit and it is working. Nothing powers up on the unit, front display or small light on unit. How can I get this replaced? No one is replying to my request. I have been looking forward to this unit for awhile.

Darn! Does it power on using one of the other USB-C ports, or the 5v & GND for power? https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sp … e-overview
