              Hello,
First post here…
I am looking for a pin compatible substitute for the flash ram on the Olimex LPC-H2294 board. It is an Intel 4MB (2048Kx16bit) 70ns TE28F320C3BD70 C3. Also the SRAM is 1MB (256Kx32bit) 12 ns 71V416 SRAM. Neither digikey nor mouser carry those particular types.
The ones on my board were busted (mechanical damage), beyond salvage.
Thanks!

any Intel Flash would work, the C3 type we choose is specially version for boot flash memory with fast 70 nS access time
for tht SARM can be used Micron, Samsung etc analogue parts

              Tsvetan,
Thanks for the reply. Looking throught what digikey has to offer, I found this for the flash:
TE28F160C3BD70 Digikey # 853988-ND
and for the SRAM
CY7C1041CV33-15VXC Digikey # 428-1734-ND 15ns speed
CY7C1041CV33-20ZXC Digikey # 428-1713-ND 20ns speed
If you could, please suggest a model.
Thanks!!!
BTW, you guys make great stuff!

flash is OK, the SRAM 15 nS is on the edge for 60 Mhz operation, you better have look for 12 or 10 nS memories

I’ve selected a AS7C34098A-12TI SRAM, hope it will do it…
