I have been able to deploy the transmit and receive sketches on one pro rf board. I can bring that board up in Arduino IDE and observe the serial output on both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04. I have three more of the same board, but none of them will register as a COM port or tty on either computer. I’ve tried the bootloader enable trick with the reset button and the other tricks on the troubleshooting guide for SAMD21. Are there any other tricks?

I didn’t install any drivers, so I don’t have any to wipe. I downloaded the sparkfun inf and cat files, then when I went to try the manual installation, no device shows up in the “Other Devices” branch with the 3 problem boards in either bootloader or regular mode. I can confirm that the good board still shows up on a COM port.
I just tried on macos as well with the /dev/cu.usbmodem101 device appears for the one board and not for the others. I am pretty sure that the three are bad boards and I should return them.
