Ucenter:How to add "message view" signals to table/graph which are not presently selectable?

How to add signals to ucenter table/graph that have been recorded in a UBX file and appear in the message view.

Examples UBX-PVT-ATT/UBX-ESF-INS for ZED- F9R/K?

I have existing recorded channel in a UBX file that I can not add to with a Table View or a Graph View screen even though the appear in the message view and were recorded.

Or better yet how do you convert a UBX file to a CSV file or the like?
