Such post never helped to solve problems in an efficient way. How many satisfied customer for one upset ?
The best method I used many times: simply call them and explain your problem. Often you will discover efficient people and ready to help you. And often I received a small gift.

Most suppliers will immediately ship the correct item once they are told about a mistake like that, without waiting for the incorrect item to be returned.
