What else do I need

in order for the SparkFun GPS-RTK2 Board - ZED-F9P (Qwiic) to give me an accurate location in real time in my Pixhawk drone, What else do I need?

  • do i need I two of these chips ZED-f9p. the other one for the base station? or do i need the GPS/GNSS Magnetic Mount Antenna?

  • what is the difference with GPS-RTK-SMA Breakout - ZED-F9P (Qwiic)?

  • if i have both of them set up, will i still need some additional subscribtion? e.g. trimble vrs now

also, is there someone, who could give me like Skype consultation, for some hourly fee? i am in EET time

You can do either 2 boards, or setup up an android phone as a base and use 1 instead. You’d need a couple serial cables to pass the info to/from pixhawk + an antenna that fits whichever board you choose (find in ‘related products’ section of product page)
