What is the power consumption of SparkFun pulse oximeter over an hour of continuous usage?

Hi,

I am trying to get a general estimate of what battery I should incorporate to use the Sparkfun pulse oximeter for 1hr continuously.

Secondly, if this is supposed to be a separate question I apologize in advance but could some explain what the Raw Data we can get from the point mentioned below is:

MAX32664 - Ultra-Low Power Biometric Sensor Hub

Biometric Sensor Hub Solution

Finger-Based Algorithms Measure Pulse Heart Rate and Pulse Blood Oxygenation Saturation (SpO2)

Both Raw and processed data are available

Basic Peripheral mix optimizes size and performance

This is from the Features section of the pulse oximeter sensor

It looks like the max is 440mW - but it would mostly depend on how you are sampling and how often. Run through the hookup guide here https://learn.sparkfun.com/tutorials/sp … 1622745974 and the datasheet for more info on how to configure power settings https://cdn.sparkfun.com/assets/f/e/9/4/1/MAX30101.pdf
