Width of silk screen lines in Eagle

Hello,

I am using the latest version of Eagle PCB.

I notice in the library that many components have silk screen lines which are just 0.2mm wide.

Is it true that it is not possible for PCB manufacturers to produce silk screen lines of this thin-ness?
