Wireless RFID reader

Hello,

I am looking for a board that will allow me to interact with a wireless rfid reader, via USB. The exact product is:

I understand that I will need to provide the 12v separate of the usb limitation of 5V. I am just looking for a ASCI or Hex output to the computer. Anyone know of a product that would work best?
