Xctu can not connect Xbee nor able to recover them.

Hi I have 3 Xbee modules with strange and unique problem,

Both modules could not be connected and recovered by xctu , I have tried many ways but unable to reset them,

1st Xbee:

While searching Xbees in PAN using Coordinator(3rd xbee) , after searching 5-6 minutes it discovers one module that is unrecoverable , undetectable from usb adapter,

After connecting it through coordinator i reset one module but its still unable to get detected by USB,

This one xbee takes 5 minus approx to power up and to join PAN,

that Xbee can only transmit but could not receive data…

What could be the problem with that Xbee?

Why it takes too much time to power up?

Why It cant receive data?

Now my 2nd Xbee:

Its undetectable from USB explorer, un-discoverable in PAN from coordinator.

Should I assume that their is no way to restore them?

Is their any warranty or any other way to get it back working??

HELP needed ASAP.

I am running out of project submission deadline.

I have tried it.

Write Parameters… Complete etc completed

It shows me complete and successfully done but when i tried to connect it using usb cable it s unable to recover.

Did you try the default com port settings? And different com port numbers.
