I have submitted a project but the images sent back to me in the e-mail do not look like what I have sent them… all the fine details are gone. For example some SO-14 parts have their pads all run into just one big copper block.

I got a response back…and mine look fine. I had some things much finer than SO-14 chips.
What does your other layers look like?
I’m wondering if your trace width is not causing problems. Looks like it by that picture.

Looks like something interesting is going on in how its loading the trace widths. I’ll look into it as soon as I’m at work.
