I am going through the Io Element tutorial and in the simulator all the 7 segment LEDs are on as they are supposed to be, but in the built and uploaded code to the Alchitry Cu V1 with IO Element V2, one of the LEDs in each of the 7 segment displays is off, looking like the lower case a instead of the 8.
So, I wonder if this is a defect in one or both of the boards.

Can you share a photo of what’s going on?
The left side upper segment on all four 7-segment displays is off, when they should be on to make the number 8.
What are you using between the v1 Cu and the v2 Io? I see we sell adapters for the opposite situation
Also, do you mind taking a photo of the Cu board? Specifically the large knobby inductors
Sometimes those can get damaged in shipping
Attached are two pictures 1. IO board showing faulty 7-segments. 2. showing both the back of the IO board with the Qwiic connectors, the front of the Cu board.
When I purchased this these boards last week I also purchased the Br board all with the same connectors. I immediately contacted Sparkfun when I noticed that I’d purchased the V1 boards and asked them to change it to the V2 boards but they were delayed replying. By the time they replied, they said that the order had already shipped. I want to return all 3 boards and get the V2 boards. Thanks.
