I’m looking at enclosures for a project with a TMF8820 dToF sensor. Will it work correctly through a clear plastic cover?
It depends on what the cover is made of and its thickness
Grab a sensor and maybe test a few different styles of plastic, I know some folks have had luck with thin clear acrylic…just be sure to test before gluing something in place
