Good morning. I would like to use the sensor (VL53L1X) in an outdoor environment. Therefore would like to cover it with some form of lens.
However all types of plastic and or glass I have tried seem to fail and reflect enough of the ToF laser to mess with operations.
Any ideas?

To give you an idea how difficult this is I can verify the inclusion of a simply microscope slide (1mm) will not work. While the wafer thin microscope slide cover (0.007") does work but provides minimal protection
