Cannot get XCTU to find Thing Plus XBee 3

Hi

I was following through the hookup guide for the Xbee 3 Thing Plus board, all was working fine but when i got to the blinky task and then uploaded it to the device, I can no longer access the device in XCTU, The blue led is still blinking but i have no access to the device at all now

Yes i have tried these without any luck unfortunately. It appears that i have the same issue as the one in this thread viewtopic.php?f=104&t=50989
