Connection problems with GIS Software

With the new update of the Survey Master application, it is no longer possible to connect the RTK Express with the application, also I cannot connect my redmi note 10 pro cell phone using SW Maps with the RTK Express.

It kicks me out of the applications, how can I solve the problem, I have followed the Software GIS guide step by step.

With the latest version of Survey master 3.0, they removed the connection by nmea, so the connection to the Facet or similar is impossible as far as you can investigate.

I had to go back to version 2.9 to be able to connect.
