When connecting the charger, the LED turns on without any issue. However,
when trying to power on the device, the display does not turn on.
A USB connection was made to verify functionality, and communication was
established using Tera Term.

Use a multimeter to measure the voltage supplied to the display module. See if it matches with the specifications for the display.

Unfortunately this looks like a display failure. Or possibly an IMU failure if this is an older product. I am tagging @TS-Russell so he can help with a return if necessary.
