Am I the only one that is getting problems with the DRC bot flagging the edge of the PCB as violating the trace spacing? Below are a few examples:

On the left image, the DRC bot has flagged the left and top edge of the board and a little bit on the bottom. On the right image, the bot flagged part of the left side of the board only. Am I doing something wrong here? BatchPCB has been good about manually approving these when it happens, but it is kind of annoying to keep running into this problem. I submitted four designs today and had three rejected for this issue.
Hey man, same problem here. I emailed them about this awhile back and they never got back to me, they just approve it.
Outlines don’t really have a width, but they need a width just for them to be able to read it, so I wonder which side of the outline do they cut to when cutting out the board? If they cut to the outside and then the DRC bot measures from the outside of any traces or copper to the inside of the outline thinking its a a trace or copper, then you have extra space on the sides that you don’t need.
Perhaps the board edge is too close to the pads etc.
The Gerber file will ensure that the board is cut to the centre of the outline. With the PCB software I use, if an outline segment is snapped to the grid I can see that the grid marks are on the outline centre.
