Hello, I performed a firmware update on my facet using the windows GUI software and now the display does not work. The update appeared to succeed to the latest version. I notice that if I press the power button when its connected to my computer I hear the “usb device connected” sound and when pressed again I hear the “usb disconnected” sound. I also see the appropriate com ports appear in device manager. So that should mean the button is functional, and I suspect it is working even though the display is not? I was running a rather old version 1.10 prior to updating both. I tried this on my second facet and the same exact thing happened, now both behaving this way.
I can still perform a firmware update through the GUI tool so I attempted reverting back to 1.10. It appeared to succeed but did not solve the problem
