I have just received my facet but I can only turn it on with the usb cord connected to a charger.
The charge indicator light does not work.
The device works normally, and the RTK test on the network (centipede.fr) is good.
I opened it up, checked the connections but everything looks ok.
Do you have any idea about this problem?

Either it’s a faulty charger or there is something wrong with the charging unit of the facet…

I have come across a prototype unit where there was a dry joint on the charger IC. The LED was hit or miss, and was confusing me, but the charger was indeed charging the battery. If you ignore the LED and leave the unit attached to the provided USB A-C cable and the provided 1A charger for one hour, then remove the USB cable, does the unit start without being attached to USB?
Sorry, I know the wall charger has US style blades. Do you have a blade adapter handy? If not, any USB adapter or USB 3.1 port should work, but I’ve seen enough variance that I have become suspect of other chargers.
I think I found, the - pin of the LiPo connector is not soldered…
