Facet L Band Device Deactivated after 9 months?

I have a Facet L Band which I purchased on July 6th 2023 so I was expecting the L band access to work until at least Jul 6th 2024. When I connect it to WiFi and try to fetch new keys I get the following error (I replaced the codes with X as I’m not sure what’s supposed to be secret):

This device has been deactivated. Please contact support@sparkfun.com to renew the L-Band subscription. Please reference device ID: XXXXXXXXXX

I did recently update the FW to 4.0 and it hasn’t worked since that but I don’t know if it was working right before that. How can I get my device reactivated? (I emailed support and they told me to post here)

We have had a few devices that ended up being activated during development and testing; generally we get those reset, but it looks like yours slipped through the cracks.
