How to keep DRC limited to the outline of my board?

I ran a design through the DRC, and while it passed, the vertical size is off, because of a silk screen component going off the edge (SMA connector). I submitted my design with an outline layer, hoping it would stick to the dimensions of this layer, but it won’t. anyway to fix this?

I want it to stick to the outline, not include the part image.

I found this, viewtopic.php?t=8949 which seems to clear this up, Guess I’ll edit my silkscreen layer.
