Is it possible to take measurement with solar panel and Lipo battery?

Hello,

I bought the Sunny Buddy Lipo MPTT charger and 6 V Solar panel. It would be possible to take measurements with similar to arduino / ESP8266 of the charging amount of the solar panel and the quantity of mAh Lipo battery in order to monitor them? Any help would be appreciated[.
