LoRa 1w serial radio, how to fix broken TRAIN button

I bought a pair of FACIT GNSS units and a pair of 1w LoRa serial radios. One of the radios came with a defective TRAIN button. I push the button carefully but it does not give a click like the other one does. Sparkfun website says the LoRa radios are out of stock. How do I get a fix please? Can I order just a card and replace? Do other vendors carry these radios? I now have a dud system that I cannot even use for the first time.

We have a 30 day warranty on items; Was it purchased from us? If so head over to Return Policy - SparkFun Electronics (contact vendor if purchased elsewhere) and we’ll get ya squared away

You might be able to open it up and either replace the small button/switch, or otherwise be able to use the button if the case is removed (if you can press it with a pen or something), or you might even be able to just jostle the button nack into working order
