New RTK Surveyor bluetooth not seen or connect

Hello, I purchased a new RTK Surveyor kit but unable to see the device on any IOS device. I can see it on my Dell laptop. I will connect for a second then say “not connected”. I can connect via the serial USB port with u-center. Currently running 1.32 and 3.7 on the unit. The bluetooth light on the unit continues to flash.

Also, my understanding there is no wifi on this unit. Is there a way in u-center to adjust the bluetooth configuration?
