Non-rectangular pads

I’ve got an inductor with non-rectangular pads. See: http://www.coilcraft.com/pdfs/lps4018.pdf

I tried adding polygons and putting a pad in the center, which looks fine in a gerber, but gives me tons of DRC errors (overlap, width, etc). Anyone have any good ideas on how to do this in eagle?

You can only do rectangular shaped SMD pads in EAGLE. So imagine extending the “C” shaped pads into a rectangle. If I’ve done the math correctly, each pad should be 0.057" x 0.173"
