Question regarding Eagle component

Hi group,

I have just started using Eagle. Can you please let me know what the below thing is called and where can I find it in the eagle software? or Do I have to draw them?

You can make a schematic symbol if you wish but simply naming the net and dragging a label from it is just as useful when properly placed.
