Redboard Artemis not working

I recently purchased 2 RedBoard Artemis and I’m just getting a chance to use the second one and I plugged it in and it doesn’t work I get power to the 5 volt port but not the 3 volt port and the LED does not turn on. Does anyone have any ways to possibly fix this?
