Rover kit for 24v motor?

Would a rover kit 15303 be able to run a 24 v motor, and 12v actuator. If not which kit or what would make it work?

KIT-15303 is made specifically to work with the [Sphero RVR Programmable Robot and wouldn’t work without additional electronics on a 12 or 24 volt motor.

You’d need to duplicate the electronics that come inside a [Sphero RVR but include a 24 volt motor driver.
