I purchased an RTK Facet through DigiKey as I am in Canada. Got it setup and it worked great, used only twice, today I took it out and it wouldn’t power on, thought maybe the battery was dead so I charged it, green light comes on solid, left it for 3 hours, still will not power on at all.
It is only 17 days old!
What do I do now?
Hi grw - sorry for the hassle! We can repair that device for you, start a return here and get an RMA # and we should have it back to you within a few days.
Alternatively, it may be as simple as the overlay connector needing alignment. To figure out if it’s an overlay button issue, or if it’s a failed screen, you will (if you want to) need to open the unit
and press the internal power button. If the internal button works, then you know it’s the overlay and may just need re-alignment. If it’s the screen, then we’ll do a display swap.
