I’ve been using my RTK Facet with SW Maps with no issue, and I wanted to try using it with ArcGIS Survey123 so I followed the setup information at iOS - SparkFun RTK Product Manual. Once I checked the TCP Server option and saved the settings, the Facet became frozen and now it will not turn off. The screen is stuck showing SSID:RTK config and IP address, but the full IP address can no longer be seen (it’s not scrolling). I have attempted to power of the Facet as well as reset it by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, but it does not respond at all. It also is no longer findable in SW Maps.
I can connect to it over wifi and view the setup page, but I can’t save any setting changes. It’s currently running firmware v4.2. Any ideas on how to reset it to a usable state would be appreciated.
