I was operating the RTK Facet this morning. Connected via serial, used the menu. Took the unit outside. A few minutes later, took the unit inside, and now I get no USB serial port available, using the same cables I used before and 2 different PCs.
I can still configure the unit via Wifi, and it operates properly otherwise.
How would I troubleshoot this further?
Dorking with it more, it’s a physical issue. If I put a little pressure on the the cable forward, the port shows up and stays.

I interpret this as the insertion direction, correct? Not pressure away from the “RTK FACET GNSS RTK RECEIVER” label?
Try flipping the USB C cable over or try a different cable. Any difference?
You’ve either got a defective cable or there’s oddness going on with the USB C connector solder joints within the connector board. I’m happy to get an RMA going for you if you continue to experience weirdness.
