I’ve been successfully PPP processing datasets through https://webapp.csrs-scrs.nrcan-rncan.gc … ls/ppp.php but it has only just come to my attention that the ‘Fixed Ambiguities’ was always reporting 0% (not good) and all satellites phase ambiguity status showing as ‘Float’.
I’ve been on various firmware versions, but all before v3. @sparky suggested that they have used CSRS internally, so would really appreciate his feedback on this.
I’ve been doing some testing with creation of RINEX from both EMLID Studio and RTKConv. The best results so far (when processing with CSRS) have been using EMLID Studio with the ‘Time Rounding’ option turned on.
That said, using what I believe to be the same option ‘Time Corr’ in RTKConv does not yield the same results. I have a contact in academia that is using Trimble Business Center, but so far he has not been able to have any success with RINEX files generated from either EMLID Studio or RTKConv.
When submitting to CSRS I get ‘Fixed Ambiguities’ better than 80% and also the file format is accepted and processed OK using both Auspos & PPP-Wizard sites.
I’ve had great success with using Emlid for the conversion to RINEX, and using both OPUS and Carlson SurveyGNSS (desktop s/w) for post processing static coordinates.
I want to use Trimble Centerpoint RTC as a backup to OPUS (US government shutdowns always seem to be looming, and Centerpoint, like OPUS, provides solutions in NAD83 as well as ITRF, and surveyors in the US generally work in NAD83.)
Can you share what you used for antenna and receiver models (in the RINEX) when you tried Centerpoint?
Overall, I don’t face issues with NRCAN PPP calculation. We usually submit 24 hours records. I recently submitted a 2,5 hours record that also got ambiguity resolution.
