Sparkfun SAMD21 Pro RF doesn’t show on Arduino boards list, only Dev Breakout and Mini Breakout. The list is complete on my Linux computer

I have run into a similar problem before but before going down that road since it involves manually removing several board definition folders and files, double-check that you have the latest version of the SparkFun SAMD Arduino Boards installed. The latest version should be v1.6.2. Try updating to that version (if possible) and if that does not fix the problem or Arduino claims you are using the “latest” version, let me know and we can troubleshoot further.
