Subscription Instructions NOT WORKING

We purchased the SparkFun 2000 recently. I’ve attempted multiple times to download the keys for the included subscription service. No success. Need assistance!

In addition, I’ve attempted to use our KY RTK subscription instead of the included services. However, on connecting it doesn’t show any data being streamed (using the GNSS Master app). The best accuracy I’m able to achieve is DGPS. Need assistance!

My apologies, Russell did ping me, and I activated a device that had been repeatedly trying to connect. Now that I’m looking again, I see that there were two devices having the same issue, and I only activated one of them.

I just activated a Device ID with the last four characters of: FB0A
Please let me know if that isn’t your device.

Please give it a try again, and my apologies for missing that the first time around.

Hey! No worries. Thanks for the quick response. The Device ID I have shows FE9E. Let me know if that isn’t correct, but is what is showing on the device screen after startup.
