Surveyor Bluetooth does not auto-reconnect

I have a RTK Surveyor connected to my iphone via BLE. When the Surveyor is out of range, I loose connection and SW Maps uses the phone’s GPS, as expected. (The blue pair LED goes form solid to blinking)

When I come back within range the Surveyor does not reconnect unless I go into SW MAPS and reconnect it.

Is there a way to have it auto-reconnect?

Check if there is a setting within Iphone’s BT options for auto-reconnect (I only have Android stuff)…if not, I don’t believe so :-/
