Adding a cross-link to this post - another customer who had the same issue:

Can not connect to new RTK Torch

Turn torch on with looong press, get two beeps, left satellite led blinks green a couple of times and then is solid orange: Bluetooth device LiteRTK_xxx is published. Phone will pair but immediately disconnects. Serial over USB receives repeated status lines and other information. Each key sent gets “E (1475441) CMD: not a valid cmd” Double press button evokes single beep (docs say it should be two beeps) and no WiFi AP shows up. How do I get started?
