I recently bought a RedBoard Plus (DEV-18158). I noticed that when I connect it via a USB isolator (Adafruit USB Isolator - 100mA Isolated Low/Full Speed USB), the board/port is not recognized by Arduino IDE (or by the Windows Device Manager in general). Is there any particular feature I should be looking for in a USB isolator that would make it compatible with the RedBoard Plus?
Is there anything else connected?
Maybe the power draw @ boot is spiking over the 100mA max of the isolator…does it work fine without the isolator?
