DRC problem on tiled boards?

I used GerbMerge to tile together several copies of a breakout board.

Before tiling the board it passed DRC here with no problem. Since then, however, I get a message that there aren’t any drill holes. The original and tiled drill files follow.

This tiled board opens fine in ViewMate. I’ve posted the [original and [tiled boards. Hi,

Don’t tile the boards, just submit them seperately. You can still order them all at the same time, under one handling fee.

The reason I’m tiling these boards is that they’re tiny. I can easily fit six of them with 100 mil separations in a square inch. It would cost me six times as much to do them the way you’re suggesting…
