I made another post asking how to request a replacement of a defective item. I followed the instructions and was asked to confirm my address so that I could be sent a replacement.
I confirmed my address nearly two weeks ago now and haven’t heard anything back or received anything in the mail. I tried emailing the person who asked me to confirm my address, but they haven’t responded. Is there any way for me to find out what’s going on?
It looks like they emailed on 10/31 asking to confirm your shipping address; respond to that email and it should be sent out ASAP
Like I said, I replied to that email confirming my address on the same day I received it and haven’t heard anything else in return. I also replied twice since then asking for an update.
Weird - Is it the same address as the original order? If so just let me know and I can ping someone to push it through
