PointPerfect activation

How long did it take to get your PointPerfect activated for the first time? I filled out the form, and have not heard back from anyone, nor will the facet pickup the keys. Thanks!

Usually 1 business day; it’s just one person so if they happen to be out sick or w/e it can take a few more…

I have an email saying it’s activated and got a response back from tech support stating it’s activated.

There is no key. I’ve tried going into the configuration and enabling perfect point corrections it shows no key., tried the “get key” option in the menu. It returns a “not listed”. The Wi-Fi connection is functioning.

Can you think of anything I could be doing wrong for it to not pickup the keys?

I’m not certain that the mosaic L-band works the same, but on other models holding the power button for 10 secs triggers a soft reset and re-attempts to retrieve keys, try that

I sent a ping for it to be whitelisted (if it hasn’t already been!), I’ll update this thread ASAP when they get back to me

Slight update: They are on the case!

I tried the soft-reset and the hard reset. (Hard reset has brought up more issues to deal with.) I started a new thread on the no SSID…
