Raspberry Pi 5 DOA - Fixed!

Hi,

I received a raspberry pi 5 and it appears to be dead on arrival. I am not getting any video output with or without the SD card installed. With some troubleshooting this appears to be an issue with the board/pi. The LED light flashes green 3 times with a delay in between then a 4th green light shortly after the 3rd flash, followed by a long delay before repeating.
I have tried several different power supplies and different monitors with zero success.

Any help would be appreciated.

This has been fixed, I found the following site that listed the LED status light error codes.

This indicated that the SPI EEPROM error had occured. Which i was able to correct by installing that via the Raspi SD Imager and my problems were resolved.
